How does the refer a friend program work?
Everyone deserves less pain, more sleep, better energy.
When you share Xtreme with someone you care about, they get a reward and once they make a purchase, you earn 100 points (a $10 value).
It’s easy:
- You get a unique referral link when you join
- Click to copy & share it via text, email, social, group chat- wherever
- You can also find it once you login as via the rewards page at the top.
- When your friend checks out using your link, you get the points.
- Boom. Relief Delivered. Wallet rewarded.
I referred a friend, but they didn’t use my link. Can I still get points?
To receive points, your friend must complete their order through your unique referral link. That’s how the system tracks referrals.
If there’s a special case, feel free to reach out to our team with both your email and your friend’s order number. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee manual credit in every case.
I was referred by a friend but didn’t use their link. Can they still get credit?
Normally, referral credit is only awarded when the purchase is completed through the original referral link. That’s how the system tracks and rewards referrals.
That said, if this was a one-time mix-up, feel free to reach out with both your email and your friend’s name or referral link. We can’t guarantee retroactive points, but we’ll take a look.
I forgot what my link is to refer a friend, where do I find it?
You need to go to our rewards page in the navigation and then login at the top. When you log in you will be able to see your link to send again.
Where is my friends 20% coupon?
1. When you friend clicks on your referral link you sent to them, a popup will appear for them to enter their email address.
2. Once they enter their email address it goes to the next page to either click to copy the code or begin shopping.
3. They can copy for use later or if shopping in the same session the code will automatically be applied to the purchase at checkout.
Can the combine the codes with other promotions? Are there any exclusions on products?
The 20% off referral code can not be combined with other promotions or coupon codes. Bundle purchases are also excluded as they are 20% off as is.
Free shipping over $75 still applies to all purchases.

Where can I find my points?
Look for the blue rewards banner on the bottom of the website .
There, you’ll find:
- Your Points balance
- Referral Status
- Redeemable rewards
You can also login at the top of this page to see them as well and grab your link.
You also receive codes in your email when you sign up and after you or a referral purchases, but they can always be found in your account when you login.
